Hey {{first_name | Streamer}},
It’s been a while since we worked on your overlays.
Since then, one of three things probably happened.
You’re still going live consistently and want more subs.
You’re live, but people watch and don’t sub.
You paused or shifted focus.
All normal.
If you’re still streaming, here’s the real question.
When someone opens your stream, does your screen actually remind them to sub?
Most streamers focus on gameplay and chat.
They forget what the screen is saying.
What your overlay shows during live moments
How your sub alerts hit
If your panels clearly show tier perks
If your goals on screen feel real or ignored
If Prime is ever mentioned on screen
Your setup either nudges people to sub… or it just sits there.
If you’re still building, reply with:
ACTIVE – growing
ACTIVE – stuck
PAUSED
No pitch. I just want to know who’s still serious about getting more subs and donos from the same viewers already in chat.
Before you reply, ask yourself:
When someone new clicks your stream… is it obvious why they should sub?
Or are they just watching and leaving?
One word is enough.
Until next time,
Neil Barry

P.S.: When someone opens your starting soon screen, is there anything there that makes them want to sub before you even say a word?
